The Ten of Wands stands for the end point of a sequence of action. The strength gathered becomes large enough to raise the question of how to manage it.
Ten staves weave into a tight lattice, two shafts standing upright in the frame. The drawing fills the whole space of the card, with no gap to breathe it.
A load shared well becomes a real capacity: you carry heavy projects when the weight is divided and each person takes their own bundle.
When the card goes bad, the load is no longer discussed: you take the file on as well out of habit or guilt. Tiredness decides in your place.
Symbolism TdM. The ten closes the count of the wands; beyond it, Marseille tradition moves on to the court figures: page, knight, queen and king.
Take inventory of what you carry and note what can pass to other hands. Knowing how does not oblige you to do it alone: the load is shared without the direction changing.
